株式会社シオアリトルデザイン（Sioalittle Design Inc.）について

私たちは夫婦で活動するマルチデザイナーユニット「シオアリトルデザイン」です。社名は、日本語の「塩（SIO）」と英語の「少々（a little）」から。料理において“ひとつまみの塩”が味の決め手になるように、空間やプロダクトにもほんの少しの工夫やディテールが大きな印象の違いを生み出すと考えています。

ただし、私たちのデザインがすべて「塩少々」だけとは限りません。
ときにはしっかりと塩味を効かせたり、スパイスを大胆にきかせることも──。空間の性格やクライアントの個性に合わせて、“少々”から“たっぷり”まで、幅のあるデザインアプローチを行います。

建築設計、内装デザイン、プロダクトデザイン、3DCG制作、写真撮影、映像制作など、複数のクリエイティブ領域を横断しながら、コンセプトに基づいた一貫性のあるデザインを提案しています。現在は、信頼するパートナー企業と連携し、オフィス移転に伴う内装設計・デザイン監修・プロジェクトマネジメントにおいて、プロジェクトチームとして活動しています。

また、私たち自身の暮らしをデザインするプロジェクトとして、自邸の設計・建築も進行中。モダンミッドセンチュリーをベースに、素材感と色彩にこだわった空間づくりの様子を、InstagramやYouTubeで発信していきます。

シオアリトルデザインは、今後も“ちょっとの工夫”から“しっかり効かせる”デザインまで、多様で柔軟なアイデアをかたちにするユニットとして活動してまいります。

About our concept
We are a multi-designer unit called “Sioalittle Design.” The company name is a combination
of the Japanese word “salt” (SIO) and the English word “a little.” Just as a pinch of salt is the
deciding factor in the flavor of a dish, we believe that even a little ingenuity or detail can make
a big difference in the impression of a space and product.
However, not all our designs are just “a little salt.”
Sometimes we add a strong saltiness or bold spices. We take a wide range of design approaches,
from “a little” to “a lot,” depending on the character of the space and the personality of the
client.
We propose consistent designs based on concepts while crossing multiple creative fields such
as architectural design, interior design, product design, 3DCG production, photography, and
video production. Currently, we are working as a project team in interior design, design
supervision, and project management for office relocation in collaboration with a trusted
partner company.
We are also currently designing and building our own home as a project to design our own
lifestyle. We will be posting on Instagram and YouTube about how we are creating spaces with
a focus on materials and colors based on a modern mid-century style.
Sioalittle Design will continue to work as a unit that turns diverse and flexible ideas into reality,
from “small tweaks” to “full effect” designs.

2009年～2025年に株式会社日建設計に16年間務め、2025年にMIHOと株式会社シオアリトルデザインを設立。日建設計在籍時には大規模開発案件はもとより、インテリア・家具の設計からスタジアムの設計まで規模に縛られない実績をもつ。うち2年間はスペインバルセロナに駐在し、コンペから関わっていたFCBバルセロナのスタジアム（Spotifyカンプ・ノウ）の設計に携わり、インテリアデザインチームのリーダーを務め実施設計をまとめた。住宅のデザイン、プロダクトのデザインや展示会のデザインなどジャンルにとらわれない柔軟なデザイン対応力と大手組織設計事務所で培われたマネジメント力やデザイン実行力が強みのデザイナー。

I worked at Nikken Sekkei Ltd. for 16 years from 2009 to 2025, and founded Sioalittle Design Inc. with MIHO in 2025. During the time at Nikken Sekkei, I had a track record of not only large-scale development projects, but also interior and furniture design, as well as stadium design, regardless of scale. I was stationed in Barcelona, Spain for two years, where he was involved in the design of FC Barcelona’s stadium (Spotify Camp Nou), which I was involved in from the competition stage, and served as the leader of the interior design team and put together the detailed design. Iʼm a designer whose strengths are his flexible design response ability that is not limited to genres such as residential design, product design, and exhibition design, as well as the management skills and design execution skills I have cultivated at a major organizational design firm.
